Hi June. These are great tips for being safe on a plane. I'll remember these next time I'm travelling. It's really good to know what to do in an emergency.
Hi June,
Thanks for so clearly watching the 'Men In Black' safety video. It's very obvious that you paid careful attention and are now ready to fly safely. Did you enjoy the Air New Zealand video? The company is known for creating really innovative and interesting safety videos. They have had others that adopted a 'Lord of the Rings' theme, a tropical holiday theme and an extreme sport/adventuring theme with Bear Grylls as the main actor. They are pretty creative!
I am looking forward to blogging with you and to inviting you to be as creative as possible over the next few weeks. There are a number of fun activities that you can complete, some of which involve taking selfies, making videos, designing logos, writing poems or even creating word puzzles. I'll be really interested to see what you opt to do as you make your way to, and through, Canada!!
Cheers,
Rachel

Hi June,
Great to see you have summarised some of the important safety points for flying. I would love to hear more about Canada if you have a chance to blog more about it!! Hope you are enjoying the NZ summer - do you know what the weather is like in Canada at the moment?

Kia ora June☺
The Summer Learning Journey programme has now come to an end. Thank you so much for being involved this summer!
Over the next few months I plan to review the programme. As part of the review process I am hoping to gather feedback from participants, just like you! To tell me what you think please log onto the Summer Learning Journey website and click on the ‘Feedback’ tab. It will take you to a short online form. Can you please fill it out? It should only take about 5 minutes. I’d love to hear what you think!
I will also be coming into your school in a few weeks to hand out participation certificates. I am really looking forward to seeing you then!
Thanks again for joining our Summer Learning Journey this year. I really hope that you join our holiday blogging programme again next summer.
Cheers!
Rachel
