 Today we had Coach Mark and Coach Millie with us. Coach Mark and Coach Millie taught some basic skills on how to play Basketball. First of all we had to form in to groups of four, then we had warm ups to get us energized and ready for to play. After the warm ups we had to sprinting across the hall and back to our team mates. After that they taught us how to jump on one feet after another so we can be able to land on feet and we won't fall. Meanwhile we were taught to cup the ball in our hands so we can be able to that and pass it under your leg. Then we had to sprint while dribbling the ball across the hall and back. After all the training we had relays. For this we had to sprint across the hall while dribbling around the chairs and back.
